You're welcome to check-in from 3pm and check-out from 11am. 

We will do our best to be as flexible as possible, however, we can't promise. If you arrive early, you're welcome to join us for a drink or lunch while you wait for your room and we will happily store your luggage prior to check in time or post check out.

We have a dedicated hotel car park on Hensington Road, OX20 1JQ, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. This car park is available exclusively for our guests. Give our reception team a call ahead of your arrival and they will give you the access code.
There is also a free car park behind the Fire Station on Hensington Road, OX20 1JQ) but spaces are limited and there is a 12-hour maximum stay limit.
For pay & display parking close to the hotel we can give you a 24-hour parking permit at £10 per permit.

Yes. We welcome dogs over the age of 1 as well as up to two well-behaved dogs per room. We have a selection of dog-friendly rooms available in our Cotswold and Woodstock room categories. There is a housekeeping charge of £30 per dog per stay. Dogs are welcome in all public areas except our Nest restaurant. However, guests are more than welcome to dine from the Nest menu in The Aviary Bar and Terrace.

We take a deposit equal to your first night's stay when you book. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your arrival (after 3pm), the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancel any time before that, and we’ll refund you in full.

All of rates and packages include breakfast which is served in The Nest restaurant.

At the heart of The Feathers, is our luxury modern European restaurant, serving high quality, expertly crafted dishes and a hundred bottle wine list. The Nest is open Wednesday-Sunday and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Aviary offers a more relaxed dining atmosphere, open 7 days a week where you can enjoy light bites and cocktails.
