Executive Chef, Dominic Chapman brings a wealth of experience to The Feathers. Having been Head Chef of Heston Blumenthal's Michelin-starred Hinds Head (Bray), Michael Parkinson's Royal Oak, and now Chef Proprietor of the acclaimed Beehive in White Waltham. His trademark is straightforward, comforting food made from the best seasonal ingredients, with the kind of attention to detail that only years in the best kitchens brings. Dominic earned his own Michelin star in 2010, and impressed both judges and viewers on the BBC's Great British Menu in 2017.
